  1. The customer will receive an e-mail that the following service work was done
  2. You get the same e-mail
  3. You decide when customer needs to be invoiced for one or multiple service tickets
  4. Recurring Invoicing feature is available if needed
  5. Notification: We send the customer another e-mail that his invoice is available on line for his viewing.
  6. We also send out a post card as a reminder

  1. The customer logs on to www.invoicentry.com
  2. The customer reviews their statement
  3. They can also review the service ticket or tickets you entered
  4. The customer has the option of paying on line with a credit card or they can print up their statement and mail it with a check to
