- The customer will receive an e-mail that the following service
work was done
- You get the same e-mail
- You decide when customer needs to be invoiced for one or multiple
service tickets
- Recurring Invoicing feature is available if needed
- Notification: We send the customer another e-mail that his
invoice is available on line for his viewing.
- We also send out a post card as a reminder

- The customer reviews their statement
- They can also review the service ticket or tickets you entered
- The customer has the option of paying on line with a credit
card or they can print up their statement and mail it with a
check to
Service Billing, LLC

your account every Monday night.
